ARE YOU PREPARED TO LIVE AN EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEVER FORGET. 7 DAYS OF ADVENTURE IN ONE OF THE MOST INCREDIBLES PLACES IN THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS.

Flexibles dates. We can adapt to your schedule to make the adventure of a lifetime come true for you.

INFORMATION

This is not just any trip, it is an exclusive adventure for 6 people willing to challenge themselves to an immersive experience of nature. For a week I will guide you on a journey, along with my trusty car “EL MAMMUT” to see MOUNT ASSINIBOINE PROVINCIAL PARK, located in the spectacular Rocky Mountains.

We will cover over 70Km on foot over 5 days, crossing from the east to west of MOUNT ASSINBOUINE PRONINCIAL PARK.

We will carry out beds with us in the form of tents and you will learn everything you need to know for your future adventure.

We will be camping for 5 nights in a row and living from our backpacks, quickly developing ourselves into a true team. Our meals will be cooked among the mountains, our last sights in the evening of bright star-peppered skies and our morning coffee in the back drop of dreamy sunrises. Throughout this journey, just when you think you’ve seen it all, nature will throw you some more beauty to digest.

Cooperation, teamwork and most of all comradeship are fundamental parts of this group expedition and I’d like to show everybody what it’s like to live 100% inside the adventure. I’d like to share my world travel story with you, along with my passion for moving around with just a tent and small back pack and hope that you can feel the enjoyment of nature in its purest form.

This trip is not sold by any travel agency, its something completely unique. Disconnect from the cell phone and switch off your laptop, listen to the breeze and get ready to share an unforgettable experience.

Each day of this 7 day / 6 night trip will have a bespoke adventure and all you need to worry about is bringing your willingness and best attitude. Every day each adventurer will have the opportunity to be a leader and find themselves responsible for food, schedules, activities, cleaning & campfires.. With supervision of course!

YOU WILL COME BACK A NEW AND IMPROVED VERSION OF YOURSELF!

ITINERARY

Here’s the day to day schedule of the trip.. Although, I assure you that there will be a lot more along the way!

Day 1. VANCOUVER - REVELSTOKE.

Departure 6:30AM from the parking lot to the rear of Broadway City Hall Skytrain Station, Vancouver. Our Journey by car towards Revelstoke will be around 7 Hours. Upon arrival at our campground we will setup camp and perform various team dynamic activities to prepare for our backpacking adventure into Assiniboine

Day 2. REVELSTOKE - SUNSHINE VILLAGE PORCUPINE.

After a camp breakfast we will depart at 7:00AM on a 3.5 hour car ride to our destination of Sunshine Village where we will pick up the approx 13Km Trail to the Porcupine Backcountry Campground where we begin the real adventure!

DAY 3. PORCUPINE – MAGOG LAKE

Today will be one our longest hikes of around 18Km, however with the forgiving terrain into the valley via Og Lake and the view of great mountains ahead this should be a breeze for us!Following the trail south we will camp up for the night at Magog Lake.

DAY 4. MAGOG LAKE – NUB PEAK

From this point on we are inside Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park and there are a variety of trail to explore. Today, with a focus on the Core Area we will explore one of the most imposing areas of the park by climbing to the peak! From the peak you’ll be overcome in awe of this incredible landscape and the return trip to camp at Magog Lake will bring a new sense of appreciation sitting around a camp-fire after a hard days hiking.

DAY 5. MAGOG LAKE - CORE AREA

Day 5 will bring us some options as we decide as a group which area we would most like to explore. With the understanding that all trails will lead to somewhere beautiful, there’s no wrong or right decision!

DAY 6. MAGOG LAKE – WONDER PASS

Following another night at camp in the beautiful surroundings of Magog Lake we’re going to need another day to explore the vast Core Area. Today we’ll adventure along a 11Km hike on the Wonder Pass and feast our eyes on breathtaking views that you’ve only ever dreamed of. Peeling our eyes back to the trail our hike will take us to Big Springs where we will pitch our tents for another evening among the stars.

DAY 7. BIG SPRINGS – MOUNT SHARK

So far our journey has taken up over 70Km on foot and your boots are not done yet! In the hope that you’re still up for the challenge, Mount Shark’s peak sits 2,786M above sea level in The Spray Valley. Leaving the vehicle in sunshine village our opportunity to soak up the beauty of this incredible mountain mustn’t be missed. Tonight after our return to setup camp in Salmon Arm it would only be right to open a few bottles and celebrate!

DAY 8. SALMOS ARM – VANCOUVER

Hopefully the fresh morning air will clear our heads for our final day as we leave camp at 10:00AM to make our way west. We should arrive in Vancouver at 5:00PM and unfortunately this will be time to make our final goodbyes.
